I’d love to return back. I couldn’t fault the staff/service.
Charming small hotel, staff lovely and very friendly. Very close to the ski slope. The boot room was easy. Ski hire shop also amazing service. Transport new. Welcome cake unbelievable !
Bathrooms tired but very clean and functional. A bit too dark for me in the bedrooms. Drinks served with olives no crisps or nuts!

Beautiful Room very authentic gives you a real lux chalet feeling! loved the shuttle service to the main hotel and to everywhere in megeve very very comfortable and helpful! special thanks to reception, shuttle driver (Antoine ) very helpful and explained the history of the place ! We stayed in the main chalet which was very easy access to everywhere !

its a wonderful place but the staff should be more flexible
the cosiness and it’s very clean a wonderful place to relax
the manager wasn’t helpful although i was a four season member and i had some issues to deal with back home I reached him out to cancel the stay and this was my first time he wasn’t helpful and he refused the booking is not flexible at all
